摘 要:针对柔性传感器用于手指关节弯曲角度测量范围有限和线性度不高的问题,制备了一种透明的离子皮肤手指关节弯曲角度传感器。该传感器由具有拉伸率大、保水性高的氯化锂离子凝胶电极和硅橡胶薄膜构成。建立传感器的角度传感理论模型,测试传感器电容信号与手指关节弯曲角度的关系。试验结果表明,该传感器可以测量手指关节全运动范围内的角度,线性度为4.84%。相比其它柔性传感器,该离子皮肤手指关节弯曲角度传感器角度测量范围广、线性度更优。此外,该传感器制备工艺简单,价格低廉,在康复工程和机器人等领域具有很好的应用前景。Aining at the problem that measurement range of flexible sensor for bending angle measurement of finger joint is limited and linearity is not high,a transparent sensor based on ionic skin is prepared for measuring finger joint bending angle with wide range and high linearity. The sensor is made up of silicon rubber thin film and highly stretchable ionic conductors containing lithium chloride. Angle sensing theoretical model for sensor is proposed,which tests the relationship between bending angle of finger joint and capacitance signal of sensor. The experimental result shows that the sensor has the characteristics of better linearity and wider measuring range,compared to other flexible sensors. It can measure the angle of finger joints over the whole movement range with a linearity of 4. 84 %. In addition,the sensor has simple preparation process and low price,and has good application prospects in the fields of rehabilitation engineering and robotics.
