摘 要:当前,我国经济步入新常态,在此背景下,企业面临着不小的生存压力,许多企业都遭受衰落的困境。然而,对企业如何超越衰落的藩篱以获得竞争优势这一问题一直没能得到有效解决。为此,以环渤海经济带的201家高技术企业为样本,从失败学习和资源拼凑视角构建组织衰落与竞争优势的机制模型。研究发现:(1)组织衰落对竞争优势并无直接影响,但是组织衰落可以通过促进资源拼凑而间接对竞争优势产生积极影响;(2)在失败学习的作用下,衰落企业能获得竞争优势;(3)战略柔性在组织衰落和资源拼凑间发挥着正向调节作用。本研究对衰落企业(及僵尸企业)如何实现复苏具有重要意义。At present, China’s economy has entered a new normal. In this context, enterprises are facing a lot of survival pressure, many enterprises are suffering from decline. However, the problem of how to surpass the declining barriers to gain competitive advantage has not been solved effectively. Therefore, a mechanism model of the organizational decline and competitive advantage is constructed from the perspective of learning from failure and resource bricolage with 201 high-tech enterprises in the Bohai economic belt as sample. The findings are as follows:(1) Organizational decline has no direct impact on competitive advantage, but it can indirectly have a positive impact on competitive by promoting resource bricolage;(2) Under the effect of learning from failure, the declining enterprises can gain competitive advantage;(3) Strategic flexibility plays a positive moderating role between organizational decline and resource bricolage.
