摘　　要：唐及唐以前的粥茶法、隋唐时煮茶法、宋代的点茶法、明代及明以后的泡茶法……中国饮茶方式在历史的长河中不断演化发展。当下,饮茶方式与现代生活的碰撞之中,传统+茶、科技+茶、时尚+茶的"新饮茶方式"不断进化出现,重新定义了"饮茶"的内涵和意义。Nowadays,new ways to enjoy a cup of tea have emerged,essentially attributed to the modern life.The new ways to enjoy a cup of tea are new largely because tradition,new technology and fashion are playing an innovative role.These new ways redefine the meaning of tea sipping.Special Coverage in this issue traces the historical evolution of a cup of tea.We take a look at a painting by Wen Zhengming,an artist of the Ming Dynasty,and understand how the literati then had a good time with a cup of tea.We watch a game between a tea making machine and a tea master to see how high-tech brings in a revolutionized way of tea making.From trendy ways of making a cup of tea,we can understand how tea makers balance flavors and cater to the needs of young consumers;a gold medalist at a national competition talks about making a cup of tea.
