摘 要:针对主机安装高度偏差影响船舶轴系装调的问题,文中分析船舶主机安装高度偏差产生的原因,采用理论分析方法开展主机安装高度偏差对轴承受力与变位调整空间的影响规律分析.以一艘汽车滚装船为实例开展该轮主机安装高度偏差对各轴承受力的影响因子和轴承变位试错空间的压缩量计算,根据靠近主机端的艉轴承受力允许范围计算主机安装高度偏差的临界范围,结合船厂技术人员的经验开展船舶推进轴系装调经验的验证和细化工作.船舶主机安装精度控制对船舶轴系装调工作有较大影响,在轴系装调过程中利用经验评价主机安装偏差并制定合理的装调决策有利于提高船舶推进装置的安装效率.Aiming at the problem that the installation height deviation of main engine affects the alignment of ship shafting,the causes of the installation height deviation of main engine were analyzed,and the influence law of the installation height deviation of main engine on bearing capacity and displacement adjustment space was analyzed by theoretical analysis method.Taking an automobile ro-ro ship as an example,the influence factors of the installation height deviation of the main engine on the bearing force of each axle and the compression amount of the bearing displacement trial and error space were calculated.The critical range of installation height deviation of the main engine was calculated according to the allowable range of stern bearing stress near the main engine.Combined with the experience of shipyard technicians,the verification and refinement of ship propulsion shafting assembly and adjustment experience were carried out.The installation accuracy control of marine main engine has great influence on the installation and adjustment of marine shafting.It is beneficial to improve the installation efficiency of marine propulsion device by using experience to evaluate the installation deviation of marine main engine and making reasonable installation and adjustment decisions.
