卫矛醇调节人体肠道菌群功能研究

摘　　要：为了研究卫矛醇调节人体肠道菌群的功能和效果,采用调节肠道菌群功能检验方法进行人体肠道菌群功能检验。将体检指标全部符合纳入者标准的51例志愿者随机分为试食组和空白对照组。试食组每天分别服用含量大于99.9%的卫矛醇2 g,空白组食用小麦淀粉作为安慰剂,连续30 d。采用自身前后对照和组间对照两种形式,研究摄食前后本组和两组肠道菌群的变化情况。试验结果表明,试食组试食前后自身相比,乳杆菌数量增加有显著性差异(P<0.01);双歧杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌及产气荚膜梭菌的数量变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。试食组试食后与对照组相比,试食组乳杆菌数量明显增加,有显著性差异(P<0.01);肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌、双歧杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。因此,每日摄食2 g卫矛醇亦具有调节人体肠道菌群作用,具有激活益生菌的作用,并且对受试者身体健康无不良影响。In order to study the function and effect of dulcitol in regulating human intestinal flora,the research tests the human intestinal flora function through adopting regulating intestinal flora function test method.51 volunteers,whose all physical indicators met the criteria for inclusion,were randomly divided into test group and blank control group.Test group receive 2 g dulcitol with content over 99.9%per day,and blank control group receive wheat starch as placebo,for 30 days.The changes of intestinal flora in this group and two groups were studied by selfcontrol and intergroup control.The test results show that,the number of lactobacilli in the test group increases,and there is statistically significant difference through comparing with itself before and after test(P<0.01).There is no significant difference of the number of bifidobacteria,enterobacter,enterococcus,bacteroides and clostridium perfringens(P>0.05).The number of lactobacilli increases in the test group and there is statistically significant different between the two groups(P<0.01).There is no significant difference in enterococcus,enterobacter,bacteroides bifidobacterium and clostridium perfringens(P>0.05).Therefore,the daily intake of 2 g of dulcitol can regulate the human intestinal flora and activate probiotics,and has no adverse effects on the health of the subjects.
