摘　　要：探讨腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜癌患者排尿的影响。选取63例行全子宫+双附件切除术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者,随机分为对照组30例,观察组33例。观察组实施腹腔镜下子宫切除术,对照组实施开腹全子宫+双附件切除术,对比两组患者的排尿和膀胱功能指标,并监测并发症的发生情况。观察组排尿后有并发症6例,并发症发生率占18.18%,显著低于对照组的13例,占43.33%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜下子宫切除术对患者排尿及膀胱功能的影响较小,可降低排尿功能障碍的风险,有助于术后膀胱功能的恢复。The research explores the influence of laparoscopic surgery on urination of patients with endometrial cancer.63 patients with endometrial cancer who undergo uterus+bilateral adnexectomy treatment are selected,and they are randomly divided into 30 patients in control group,and 33 patients in observation group.Observation group receive hysterectomy under laparoscope,and control group receive uterus+bilateral adnexectomy treatment.Functional parameters of urination and bladder of two groups are compared,and the occurrence of complications is monitored.There are 6 patients with complications after urination in the observation group,and the complication rate accounts 18.18%,which are significantly lower than 13 patients(43.33%)in control group.There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Laparoscopic surgery on urination has little influence on the functions of urination and bladder.It can reduce the risk of urination dysfunction and it is beneficial to the recovery of bladder function after operation.
