摘 要:试验旨在研究妊娠后期饲粮中添加柠檬酸(citric acid,CA)对母猪背膘厚、产仔数、平均产仔间隔、产程、抗氧化能力和血钙的影响。选择体况相近、妊娠90 d的健康二元(长×大)母猪30头,按背膘厚度和预产期相近原则随机分为2组,每组15头母猪。对照组母猪饲喂基础饲粮,处理组母猪饲喂基础饲粮+10 g/kg CA。试验时间为妊娠90 d至分娩当天。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理组母猪平均产仔间隔显著缩短(P<0.05),母猪分娩产程有缩短趋势(0.05≤P<0.10);处理组母猪血清中总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05)、丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性和血钙浓度有提高的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。研究表明,CA能够提高妊娠母猪的抗氧化能力和血钙浓度,缩短平均产仔间隔和产程。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of citric acid(citric acid, CA)on back fat thickness, piglets born, inter-birth interval, duration of farrowing, antioxidant ability, and serum calcium concentrations of gestating sows. During the 90 d of gestation, 30 health sows(Landrace×Yorkshire) with similar body condition were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of similar back fat thickness and farrowing date, with 15 sows in each group. The sows in control group were fed with basic diet, and sows in treatment group were fed with basic diet adding with 10 g/kg CA. The experiment period was from the 90 thday of gestation to the farrowing day. The results showed that compared with control group, sows in treatment group supplemented with CA significantly decreased the average inter-birth interval(P<0.05), and had a tend to reduce the duration of farrowing(0.05≤P<0.10). The total antioxidant capacity of sows in treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the malondialdehyde concentration was significantly decreased(P<0.05) by CA supplementation. Compared with control group, the active of total superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, and serum calcium concentration of sows in treatment group had an increasing tendency(0.05≤P<0.10). The experiment indicated that the antioxidant ability and serum calcium concentration were improved of pregnant sows, shorten the average inter-birth interval and duration of farrowing by CA addition, and lay a foundation for the subsequent production and application.
