摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加紫花苜蓿草粉对庄河大骨鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,选用240只44周龄的庄河大骨鸡随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。各组饲粮中分别添加0、3%、6%、9%的苜蓿草粉。试验期35 d,其中预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示:6%组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),3%组、6%组的平均蛋重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。9%组料蛋比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,蛋黄色泽随着苜蓿草粉添加比例的增加极显著上升(P<0.01),6%组的蛋白高度和哈夫单位均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,6%的苜蓿草粉对庄河大骨鸡生产性能和蛋品质效果最佳。The experiment was to study the effect of adding alfalfa meal in the diet on the egg production performance and egg quality of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken. 240 44-week-old Zhuanghe Dagu chicken were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group, and 20 chickens per replicate. 0, 3%, 6%, 9% of alfalfa meal were added into the basic diet. The trial period was 35 d with 7 d of pre-trial period and 28 d of formal trial period. The results showed that the egg production rate of 6% group was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05), and average egg weights of3% and 6% groups were extremely significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). The feed-egg ratio of the 9%group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the egg yellow color increased significantly with the increase in the proportion of alfalfa meal(P<0.01), and the protein height and Hastelloy unit of the 6% group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01). The experiment indicated that 6%alfalfa meal has the best effect on production performance and egg quality of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken.
