摘  要:试验旨在探讨饲料中不同水平糖对白鲫生长、肝胰脏抗氧化及肌肉营养成分的影响。选取540尾体重(7.17±0.20) g的白鲫随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,分别饲喂糖水平为3.34%、8.56%、13.42%、19.12%、22.87%、28.14%的6种等氮等脂饲料,饲养60 d。结果显示:白鲫的增重率(WGR)、蛋白质效率(PER)、特定生长率(SGR)在糖水平为22.87%时最大;而22.87%糖水平组饲料系数(FCR)最小,且显著低于其他组(P<0.05);肝体比(HSI)呈现先降低后趋于稳定的趋势;19.12%糖水平组肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最强,且显著高于其他组(P<0.05);19.12%糖水平组丙二醛(MDA)含量最低,且显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。多项式回归分析可知,白鲫鱼饲料的适宜糖水平为19.12%~22.87%。The experiment was to explore the effect of different levels of sugar in feed on the growth of crucian carp, liver and pancreas antioxidant and muscle nutrition. 540 white crucian carp weighing(7.17±0.20) g were randomly divided into six groups, with three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate. The sugar levels were 3.34%, 8.56%,13.42%, 19.12%, 22.87% and 28.14%, respectively. Six kinds of feed with the same nitrogen and fat were fed for 60 d.The results showed that the WGR, PER, and SGR of the white crucian carp were the largest when the sugar level was22.87%, the FCR was the smallest in the 22.87% group, and was significantly lower other groups(P<0.05). The HSI first decreased and then became stable, the liver and pancreas SOD and CAT activities were strongest in the 19.12% sugar level group, and were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). MDA content in the 19.12% sugar level group was the lowest, and was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05). According to the polynomial regression analysis, the suitable sugar level of white crucian carp feed was 19.12%~22.87%.
