补肾健脑针刺疗法辅助治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的效果及其对语言发育商、综合功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究补肾健脑针刺疗法结合语言小组训练治疗脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿的效果及其对语言发育商、综合功能的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月于我院就诊的脑瘫患儿84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组予以语言小组训练,观察组在对照组的基础上联合补肾健脑针刺疗法治疗,观察两组脑瘫患儿临床效果、语言发育商评分及综合功能评分。结果观察组总有效率为83.33%(35/42),明显高于对照组54.76%(23/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组语言发育商评分和认知功能、运动功能、自理功能、社会适应功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脑针刺疗法结合语言小组训练治疗脑瘫患儿效果确切,可提高语言发育商、改善综合功能。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy for invigorating the kidney and strengthening brain combined with language group training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy(CP)and its influence on language development quotient and comprehensive functions.Methods A total of 84 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 42 cases each.Both groups were given language group training,and the observation group also received acupuncture therapy for invigorating kidney and strengthening brain.The clinical effects,language development quotient score and comprehensive function score of the two groups of children with cerebral palsy were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%(35/42),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 54.76%(23/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,language development quotient score,and the scores of cognitive function,motor function,self-care function and social adaptation in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy for invigorating the kidney and strengthening brain combined with language group training is effective in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,which can increase language development quotient and improve comprehensive functions.
