摘　　要：利用离子色谱仪,建立生鲜乳中氯离子含量测定的方法,氯离子在0~20.0μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性,r=0.9997。阳性添加平均回收率为99.0%,此方法检测氯离子稳定性好,回收率高,重复性好。A method for the determination of chloride ion in fresh milk by ion chromatography was established.The linear range of chloride ion was 0~20.0μg/mL,r=0.9997.The average recovery rate of positive addition was 99.0%.This method has good stability,high recovery and good repeatability.
