摘  要:课业负担过重、休息和锻炼时间严重不足、体育设施和条件不足以及社会生活方式的改变等严重影响了青少年学生的体质健康。对湖北省小学五-六年级、初中二年级、高中二年级青少年学生进行体质测试,分析湖北省青少年学生体质健康现状,并提出促进对策。结果显示,湖北省青少年学生在身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等多项指标上,均低于《国家学生体质健康标准》的全国平均水平。提出促进湖北省青少年学生体质健康的对策包括:高度重视青少年体育工作;全面落实青少年校内外体育活动;切实减轻学生过重的课业负担。Excessive schoolwork burden,severe lack of rest and exercise time,insufficient sports facilities and conditions,and changes in social lifestyle have seriously affected the physical health of adolescent students.Physical tests are carried out on the fifth and sixth grade primary school students,second grade junior high school students,and second grade senior high school students in Hubei Province,and the status quo and promotion countermeasure of adolescent students’physical fitness is analyzed.The results show that the indicators such as physical shape,physical function and physical fitness of adolescent students in Hubei Province are lower than the national average level of the"National Student Physical Health Standard".The countermeasures to promote the physical health of adolescent students in Hubei Province include attaching great importance to youth sports work,fully implementing the sports activities inside and outside the youth school and effectively reducing the students’excessive academic burden.
