摘  要:近年来,串联补偿装置在配电网中有了更多的应用,需要研究串联补偿装置在配电网中的配置方案,满足配电网在多种状态下的运行需求。但是配电网的负荷是存在较大波动,电力企业希望能在串联补偿装置可以在配电网不同负荷状态下实现降损和改善线路低电压问题。为此,本文建立一种综合考虑配电网负荷运行状态的多目标优化模型,以线损率和电压偏离度为优化目标,进而通过NSGA Ⅱ算法获得帕累托前沿。再用逼近理想解排序法从帕累托解集中获得任意负载率下的优化结果,对于所有负载率下的优化结果进行配电网年度潮流计算,选取线损率最低的为最终的优化方案。最后在34节点配电网算例中对模型和算法进行验证和分析,并说明了计算结果的鲁棒性。In recent years,series compensation device has found more and more application in the distribution network. It is necessary to study the configuration scheme of the series compensation device in the distribution network so to meet the operational requirements of the distribution network in various conditions.However,the load on the distribution network has large fluctuations. Power utilities hope the series compensation device can achieve both loss reduction and low voltage improvement of line at different load conditions of the distribution network. To this end,a kind of mufti-objective optimization model with comprehensive consideration of load operation condition of distribution network is set up in this paper. The line loss rate and voltage deviation are taken as the optimization goal,thereby obtaining the Pareto frontier by NSGA Ⅱ algorithm. Then,the optimization results under arbitrary load rate are obtained from the Pareto solution set by TOPSIS method. The annual power flow calculation of the distribution network is performed for the optimization results under all load rates and the lowest line loss rate is selected as the final optimization scheme. Finally,the model and algorithm are verified and analyzed in the 34-node distribution network example and the robustness of the calculation results is illustrated.
