摘　　要：目的:报告1例IgG4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎缓解的病例,提高临床医生对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析1例IgG4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎缓解病例的临床资料,并进行相关文献分析。结论:由于该病较为罕见,缺乏特异性的临床症状、影像学表现不典型、临床医生对该病的认识不足及IgG4检查尚未普及等原因,易在临床工作中出现漏诊而造成不必要的治疗。因此,早期诊断对于指导临床治疗和改善预后至关重要。Objective: A case of IgG4-related autoimmune pancreatitis was reported to improve clinicians’ understanding of the disease. Methods: The clinical data of one remission case of IgG4-related autoimmune pancreatitis was analyzed retrospectively, and the related literature was analyzed. Conclusion: Due to the relatively rare disease, lack of specific clinical symptoms,atypical imaging findings, insufficient understanding of the disease by clinicians,and universal IgG4 examination, it is easy to miss diagnosis in clinical work and cause unnecessary treatment. Therefore, early diagnosis is crucial for guiding clinical treatment and improving prognosis.
