摘  要:目的:探讨启发式临床教学模式(PCMC)与以问题为基础教学模式(PBL)的双重教学模式在急诊科护理带教中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院急诊科护理实习进修生81名,按交替分组法分为两组。对照组40名采用传统教学模式,观察组41名采用PCMC与PBL的双重教学模式。比较两组实习进修生考核评分(实操技能及理论知识)、批判性思维能力、对教学模式的认可度、兴趣度及参与度。结果:观察组实习进修生实操技能、理论知识得分,批判思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)评分中开放思想、寻找真相、分析能力、求知欲评分,对教学模式的认可度、兴趣度及参与度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护理带教采用PCMC与PBL双重教学模式,能提高带教质量,增强实习进修生批判性思维能力及积极性。Objective: To explore the application value of the dual teaching mode of heuristic clinical teaching mode(PCMC)and problem-based teaching mode(PBL)in the nursing teaching of Emergency Department. Methods:81 advanced nursing students in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the alternating grouping method. 40 students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and 41 students in the observation group adopted the dual teaching mode of PCMC and PBL. The assessment scores(practical skills and theoretical knowledge), critical thinking ability, recognition, interest and participation of the two groups were compared. Results:The scores of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Open thought, seeking truth, analysis ability and knowledge thirsty scores of CTDI-CV scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Recognition, interest and participation degrees of teaching model of the observation group are significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The dual teaching mode of the PCMC and PBL can improve the quality of teaching and enhance the critical thinking ability and enthusiasm of the students.
