摘　　要：目的了解临床住院医师规范化培训学员对超声检查认知度情况,为今后超声教学工作的持续改进提供参考及依据。方法对东南大学医学院附属江阴医院住院医师规范化培训学员进行匿名问卷调查,问卷内容包括学员的基本资料、对超声检查常识的知晓度、对超声检查重要性的评估及对超声知识的需求情况。结果本研究共收到120份有效调查问卷。120名住院医师学员对超声检查常识的认知度一般,对超声图片解读的能力最低、超声结论解读的能力最高,自评为中等、相当及非常理解的分别占43.3%(52/120)、68.3%(82/120)。86.7%(104/120)的住院医师学员认为超声检查在临床工作中相当或非常重要。结论大多数住院医师规范化培训学员认为超声检查相当重要,但他们对超声检查的认知度一般,尤其对超声图片解读的能力较差,以后应加强超声图片解读能力的培训。Objective To understand the awareness of clinical residents standardized training students on ultrasound examination,and to provide reference and basis for the continuous improvement of ultrasound teaching in the future.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical resident standardized training students of Jiangyin hospital affiliated to medical school of southeast university.The questionnaire included the basic information,awareness of the general knowledge of ultrasound examination,evaluation of the importance of ultrasound examination and demand for ultrasound knowledge of the students.Results A total of 120 valid questionnaires were received in this study.A total of 120 residents students had a general understanding of general knowledge of ultrasound examination,among which the ability to interpret ultrasound images was the lowest,and the ability to interpret ultrasound conclusions was the highest,43.3%(52/120),68.3%(82/120)of them rated as moderate,equivalent and very understanding respectively.86.7%(104/120)of the residents students thought that ultrasound examination was very important in clinical work.Conclusion Most clinical residents standardized training students think that ultrasound examination is very important,but their awareness of ultrasound examination is general,especially their ability to interpret ultrasound images is poor,so the training of ability to interpret ultrasound images should be strengthened in the future.
