摘　　要：目的分析Bcl-2、p16、p53及Ki-67在子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院收治的150例子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者作为观察组,另选取同期150例健康志愿者作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测组织中Bcl-2、p16、p53及Ki-67蛋白的表达情况。比较Bcl-2、p16、p53及Ki-67蛋白在两组患者中的表达情况及其在良、恶性子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达情况及诊断价值。结果观察组Bcl-2、p16、p53、Ki-67阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。恶性组p16、p53、Ki-67阳性表达率高于良性组,Bcl-2阳性表达率低于良性组(P<0.05)。p16在良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中价值最高,其次为p53、Ki-67、Bcl-2。结论Bcl-2、p16、p53及Ki-67蛋白在良、恶性子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达存在差异,其中,p16在良、恶性肿瘤中的鉴别诊断价值最高。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of Bcl-2,p16,p53 and Ki-67 in uterine smooth muscle tumors.Methods A total of 150 patients with uterine smooth muscle tumor admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 150 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group.The expressions of Bcl-2,p16,p53 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry.To compare the expression of Bcl-2,p16,p53 and Ki-67 protein in two groups of patients and their expression and diagnostic value in benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumors.Results The positive expression rates of Bcl-2,p16,p53 and Ki-67 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of p16,p53 and Ki-67 in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group,and the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 was lower than that in benign group(P<0.05).The p16 has the highest value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,followed by p53,Ki-67 and Bcl-2.Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2,p16,p53 and Ki-67 protein was different between benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumors.Among them,p16 had the highest value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
