摘　　要：目的探讨介入性超声鉴别诊断后方衰减乳腺肿瘤良恶性的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月本院彩色多普勒超声检查提示肿瘤后方衰减的131例乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料。患者均接受介入性超声、彩色多普勒超声检查、术后病理检查,统计分析介入性超声和彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断结果及诊断效能。结果以术后病理检查结果作为金标准。介入性超声检查恶性乳腺肿瘤的灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均显著高于彩色多普勒超声检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方法的特异度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论介入性超声鉴别诊断后方衰减乳腺肿瘤良恶性的应用价值高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of interventional ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors with posterior attenuation.Methods The clinical data of 131 patients with breast tumors who were diagnosed as posterior attenuation by color Doppler ultrasound in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received interventional ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound and postoperative pathological examination.The results and diagnostic efficiency of interventional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were statistically analyzed.Results The results of postoperative pathological examination were taken as the gold standard.The sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of interventional ultrasound in the diagmosis of malignant breast tumors were significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Interventional ultrasound has high value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors with posterior attenuation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
