弱视综合治疗仪联合精细训练治疗弱视的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨弱视综合治疗仪联合精细训练治疗弱视患儿的疗效。方法选取2016年6月~2018年1月我院弱视患儿60例,按照家属自愿选择治疗方式分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予精细训练,研究组采用弱视综合治疗仪联合精细训练治疗。以治疗前后矫正视力水平评估临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)。结果研究组总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组P100潜伏期较对照组短,P100波幅高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弱视患儿采用弱视综合治疗仪联合精细训练治疗效果显著,能改善视神经传导功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of amblyopia comprehensive treatment instrument combined with fine training in treating children with amblyopia.Methods Sixty children with amblyopia in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into a study group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)according to the voluntary choice of treatment by their families.The control group was given fine training,and the study group was treated with amblyopia comprehensive treatment instrument combined with fine training.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by correcting the visual acuity level before and after treatment,and the visual visual evoked potential(P-VEP)before and after treatment was observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30)higher than the control group of 73.33%(22/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the latency of P100 in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amplitude of P100 was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with amblyopia have used amblyopia comprehensive treatment equipment combined with fine training to achieve significant results,which can improve optic nerve conduction function,it’s worth promoting.
