甲磺酸多拉司琼与盐酸格拉司琼预防化疗性呕吐的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比甲磺酸多拉司琼与盐酸格拉司琼预防化疗性呕吐的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我院行化疗治疗的40例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组各20例。化疗前,对照组采用盐酸格拉司琼预防化疗性呕吐,研究组采用甲磺酸多拉司琼预防化疗性呕吐。比较两组用药过程中的不良反应发生率,以及化疗结束后的急性呕吐、延迟性呕吐及恶心发生率。结果用药过程中,两组均无明显不良反应发生。化疗结束后,研究组的急性呕吐发生率、延迟性呕吐发生率及恶心发生率分别为10.00%、5.00%、10.00%,均显著低于对照组的40.00%、30.00%、45.00%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论甲磺酸多拉司琼用于预防化疗性呕吐的效果显著,可有效降低急性呕吐、延迟性呕吐及恶心的发生率,且安全性较高。Objective To compare the clinical effects of dolasetron mesylate versus granisetron hydrochloride in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced vomiting.Methods 40 patients with malignant tumor who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.Before chemotherapy,granisetron hydrochloride was used in the control group to prevent chemotherapy-induced vomiting,while dolasetron mesylate was used in the study group to prevent chemotherapy-induced vomiting.The incidence of adverse reactions during the course of medication,and the incidences of acute vomiting,delayed vomiting and nausea after the end of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results During the course of medication,no obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.After the end of chemotherapy,the incidences of acute vomiting,delayed vomiting and nausea in the study group were 10.00%,5.00%and 10.00%respectively,significantly lower than 40.00%,30.00%and45.00%in the control group,respectively,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions Dolasetron mesylate has significant effect in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced vomiting,and can effectively reduce the incidences of acute vomiting,delayed vomiting and nausea,with high safety.
