摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者出院后的复发情况及危险因素。方法选取206例急性脑梗死患者,出院后均随访6个月,根据是否出现复发将患者分为复发组和无复发组,对两组的临床资料进行统计分析。结果206例急性脑梗死患者中,出院后复发率为16.5%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥65岁、高血脂史、高血压史是急性脑梗死患者出院后复发的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),接受静脉溶栓治疗、出院后用药依从性高是保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论高龄、高血脂、高血压是急性脑梗死患者出院后复发的危险因素,静脉溶栓治疗、用药依从性高是保护因素。Objective To explore the recurrence and risk factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction after discharge.Methods 206 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and followed up for 6 months after discharge.The patients were divided into the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group according to whether recurrence occurred.The clinical data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Among 206 patients with acute cerebral infarction,the recurrence rate after discharge was 16.5%.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥65 years old,history of hyperlipidemia and history of hypertension were independent risk factors for recurrence of acute cerebral infarction patients after discharge(OR>1,P<0.05),while intravenous thrombolytic therapy and high medication compliance after discharge were protective factors(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusions Advanced age,hyperlipidemia and hypertension are risk factors for recurrence of acute cerebral infarction patients after discharge,while intravenous thrombolytic therapy and high medication compliance are protective factors.
