摘  要:烟雾病是一种病因不明、进展性、闭塞性并伴有异常侧支血管网形成的脑血管疾病,其发病机制至今未明,但目前认为与多种血管祖细胞有关。平滑肌祖细胞的增殖和迁移是血管闭塞的主要原因,内皮祖细胞相关的血管新生也是目前发病机制的研究热点,同样参与构成血管的周细胞和间充质干细胞对维持血管结构完整有着重要意义。该文拟综述以上几种血管祖细胞的来源和特征,以及在烟雾病血管重构中的重要作用,为烟雾病发病机制的研究与治疗提供理论依据。Moyamoya disease(MMD)is a progressive and occlusive cerebrovascular disease with unclarified etiology,and accompanied by abnormal collateral vascular network formation.Its pathogenesis is not yet clear,but it is currently believed to be related to a variety of vascular progenitor cells.The proliferation and migration of smooth muscle progenitor cells are the main causes of vascular occlusion.Endothelial progenitor cell-related angiogenesis is also a hot topic in the pathogenesis study.Pericytes and mesenchymal stem cells,which also constitute blood vessels,play an important role in maintaining the structural integrity of blood vessels.This paper aims to review the origin and characteristics of the above vascular progenitor cells and their important role in vascular remodeling in Moyamoya disease,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis research and treatment of Moyamoya disease.
