面弓转移对后牙游离缺失修复咀嚼效率的影响

摘　　要：目的评价应用吉尔巴赫面弓转移技术获得咬合关系制作活动修复体,对后牙游离缺失患者的修复效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年12月在中国航天科工集团七三一医院口腔科就诊的156例后牙游离缺失患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各78例,分别采用传统方法以及面弓转移技术获得咬合信息,制作活动修复体,检验佩戴义齿即刻以及3个月时的咀嚼修复效果。结果研究组患者佩戴义齿初期(未调)咀嚼效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),3个月时咀嚼效率两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论采用面弓转移上颌的三维空间位置采集咬合信息来进行多颗后牙游离缺失的活动义齿修复,可以在佩戴义齿即刻就获得比较满意的修复效果。Objective To compare the masticatory effects of the occlusal relationship transfered by the technique of gill bach’s facebow in the restoration of the distal free-end edentulous patients.Method 156 patients in our hospital between October 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the research group,and then treated with facebow transfer technique and routine methods to obtain occlusal informationseparately,then made removable partial dentures,and tested masticatory effect of restoration immediately after wearing denture and at 3 months.Result The masticatory efficiency in the initial stage of wearing denture was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in masticatory efficiency at 3 months(P>0.05).Conclusion Using the facebow to transfer the three-dimensional space position of the upper jaw to collect the occlusal information for the restoration of distal free-end edentulous patients can obtain satisfactory restoration effect immediately,and improve both of the satisfaction of patients and the work efficiency of doctors.
