摘　　要：在对武警院校图书馆信息服务机制现状全面调查的基础上,分析了图书馆服务机制中存在的服务理念落后、服务资源有限、服务方式单一、专业人才缺乏、管理体制存在弊端等问题,阐述了大数据时代武警院校图书馆针对用户需求,不断探索信息服务机制创新的对策:树立面向所有用户的理念;优化管理机制;加快资源建设;创新个性化服务模式;加强人才队伍建设。Based on a comprehensive investigation of the current situation of library information service mechanism in armed police colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the library service mechanism,such as backward service concept,limited service resources,single service mode,lack of professional talents,malpractice in management system and so on.In the era of big data,the library of armed Police Colleges and universities should constantly explore the countermeasures of information service mechanism innovation according to user demand:establish the concept of facing all users;Optimize the management mechanism;Accelerate the construction of resources;Innovate personalized service mode;We will strengthen the ranks of qualified personnel.
