摘　　要：电传动自卸车是露天矿山物料运输的主要设备,发生安全问题,将会给矿方造成很大的人力、物力损失。矿车通常三班24小时作业,作业周期长、负载率高,高温着火源多,火灾事故需要重点预防。本文以某220吨级电传动自卸车为例,论述了自卸车的安全使用问题,自卸车着火的三要素,阐述了全自动干粉灭火系统的特性要求、参数指标和维保要求。Electric drive dump trucks are the main equipment for material transportation in open-pit mines.Safety problems will cause great loss of manpower and material resources to the mine.Mine trucks usually operate 24 hours a day in three shifts,with long operating cycles,high load rates,and high-temperature ignition sources.Fire accidents need to be focused on prevention.This article takes a 220t-ton electric drive dump truck as an example,discusses the safe use of dump trucks,the three elements of the dump truck catching fire,and elaborates the characteristics,parameters,and maintenance requirements of the automatic dry powder fire extinguishing system.
