摘 要:为解决V型船用发动机水空中冷器左右侧中冷后温度不均匀的问题,论文提出了在中冷器出气腔内增加导流分隔板的改进方案。通过搭载发动机试验,对比原方案与改进方案对左右侧中冷后温度分配均匀性的影响。结果表明,改进后的中冷器出气腔可以有效地降低左右侧中冷后温度平均偏差,且不会影响中冷效率。改进后的中冷器出气腔增加了导流分隔板,会一定程度上增大中冷压降,但是增大的范围可接受,仍然满足发动机性能开发要求。In order to solve the non-uniform temperature problem in the left and right sides of the water Air Cooler on V-type Marine Engine,an improved scheme of adding diversion separation plate in the air outlet chamber of the Air Cooler was proposed.The influence of the original scheme and the improved scheme on the distribution uniformity of the temperature between the left and right sides was compared by engine test.The results show that the improved air outlet chamber of the Air Cooler can effectively reduce the average temperature deviation of the left and right sides after cooling without affecting the cooling efficiency.After adding the diversion separator,the air pressure drop will be increased to a certain extent,but the increased range is acceptable,which still meets the requirements of engine performance development.
