摘　　要：义桥煤矿为提高掘进工效,以"强管理、严考核、重跟踪"为切入点,通过实行抓交接班互创条件、培养掘进机司机、分解任务、上台阶式考核验收、质量进尺双重考核、工程质量过程管控以及优化薪酬分配等高效掘进措施,综掘日进尺由6 m提高到10 m,月进尺达到260 m。In order to improve the tunneling efficiency,Yiqiao Coal Mine takes"strong management,strict assessment and heavy tracking"as the breakthrough point.Through the implementation of efficient tunneling measures,such as grasping the shift handover conditions,training roadheader drivers,decomposing tasks,step-by-step examination and acceptance,double assessment of quality footage,project quality process control and optimization of salary distribution,the daily footage of comprehensive excavation has been increased from 6 m to 10 m and the monthly footage has reached 260 m.
