研究生设计方法论课程的探索——以香港理工大学为例

摘　　要：通过完善对设计方法论课程的建构,掌握正确的设计研究方法,提高学生的思辨能力和研究能力。以香港理工大学设计学院研究生课程设计方法论为例,采用观察法和案例研究法对授课方式、教材选取、教学内容和考核方式等方面进行探讨。分阶段教学,交叉学科背景的教师共同授课,并结合来自相关研究领域专家的专题演讲,使学生在训练过程中完成从"设计师"到"研究者"角色的转变。方法论是探讨研究方法的方法,因此教学的内容必须从系统的角度去讲授,包括认识论、范式、研究问题的制定、研究目的、设计研究、研究策略、研究方法等多个方面。另外,在教学上也要注意与其他学科知识的交叉,以点带面,侧重指导学生掌握该门课程的学习方法。为设计方法论课程体系的改进提供参考依据。The findings of this study is to provide guidance and insight for conducting subject on design methodology on how to improve the construction of design methodology,as well as students’thinking and research capacity.Taking the postgraduate curriculum design methodology of school of design in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an example,this paper discusses the teaching methods,teaching contents and assessment by adopting observations and case study.Step-by-step teaching.Teachers with interdisciplinary background and experts from related research fields teach together,which enables students to change their role from’design’to’researcher’.Methodology is a method to address research methods.Therefore,the teaching contents must be taught from a systematic perspective,including epistemology,paradigm,formulation of research questions,research purposes,research strategies as well as research methods.The intersection of knowledge from different discipline is of great importance.It provides a reference for the improvement of design methodology curriculum.
