摘　　要：随着服装传统产业的转型升级,服装行业对服装设计与工程科技人才需求发生了变化,对学生的综合素质和知识的应用能力有了更高标准.惠州学院服装设计与工程专业生源和学生毕业后就业区域绝大部分在广东,高校人才培养必须要符合区域产业发展方向,跟随行业变化对人才需求动态变化进行调整,将高校教育与产业变化联动起来.With the transformation and upgrading of the traditional clothing industry,the clothing industry’s demand for fashion design and engineering technology talents has changed,and higher standards have been set for students’ comprehensive quality and knowledge application ability. The vast majority of the students of fashion design and engineering majors and the employment area after graduation of Huizhou University are in Guangdong Province. Talent cultivation in colleges and universities must conform to the development direction of regional industry,adjust to the dynamic change of talent demand,and link higher education to industrial development.
