摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织B淋巴细胞瘤/白血病-2基因(Bcl-2)、生存素(Survivin)蛋白表达及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关性。方法收集海口市人民医院乳腺外科2016年3月-2019年10月收治的乳腺癌患者80例设为研究组,选择同期医院收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者80例设为对照组。分别采用原位杂交法和免疫组化法检测患者癌组织中HPV分型及Bcl-2、Survivin蛋白表达情况,对Bcl-2、Survivin蛋白表达和HPV感染及指标表达与乳腺癌患者临床分期、肿瘤最大径及是否转移的临床特征的关系进行分析。结果研究组癌组织中HPV、Survivin阳性率分别为38.75%、73.75%高于对照组,Bcl-2为17.50%低于对照组(P<0.05);HPV阳性、Bcl-2阳性、Survivin阳性的表达与乳腺癌患者临床分期、肿瘤最大径无关,与患者是否发生转移有关(P<0.05)。研究组乳腺癌患者HPV阳性表达与Bcl-2表达阳性呈负相关(P<0.05),与Survivin阳性呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者HPV、Survivin阳性率较高,Bcl-2阳性率较低,三者在癌组织中与肿瘤转移存在相关性,其机制有待研究。OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation of B lymphocyte tumor/leukemia-2 gene(Bcl-2),Survivin protein expression and human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in breast cancer tissues.METHODS Totally 80 breast cancer patients admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Haikou People's Hospital from Mar.2016 to Oct.2019 were selected as the study group,and 80 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the hospital in the same period as the control group.In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to detect HPV typing and Bcl-2 and Survivin protein expression in cancer tissues of patients.The relationship of the expression of Bcl-2,Survivin protein,HPV infection and index expression and clinical stage,maximum tumor diameter and clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients were analyzed.RESULTS The positive rates of HPV and Survivin in the cancer tissues of the study group were 38.75%and 73.75%,respectively,significantly higher than those of the control group.The Bcl-2 was 17.50%,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the expression of HPV positive,Bcl-2 positive,and Survivin positive had nothing to do with the clinical stage and the maximum diameter of the tumor in breast cancer patients,but it was related to whether the patient had metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression of HPV in breast cancer patients in the study group was negatively correlated with the positive expression of Bcl-2,and positively correlated with the positive expression of Survivin.CONCLUSION The positive rate of HPV and Survivin in breast cancer patients was higher,and the positive rate of Bcl-2 was lower.The three were correlated with tumor metastasis in cancer tissues,and the mechanism remains to be studied.
