摘 要:目的:了解突发公共卫生应急队护理人员焦虑与组织承诺的现状,探讨其焦虑水平与组织承诺的相关性。方法:对108例突发公共卫生应急队护理人员,应用护士一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表SAS、组织承诺量表进行调查,使用SPSS19.0进行统计学分析。结果:公共卫生应急队护理人员焦虑自评量表得分为(48.63±10.28)分,组织承诺总分为(60.23±12.25)分,焦虑与组织承诺中的继续承诺呈负相关(r=-0.412,P<0.05)。结论:公共卫生应急队护理人员焦虑水平较高,组织承诺水平较低,护理管理者应采取措施,提高应急队护理人员的组织承诺水平,有利于突发公共卫生事件的应对。Objective:To understand the status of anxiety and organizational commitment of nurses in public health emergency team,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:108 nurses of public health emergency team were surveyed by using the questionnaire of general situation of nurses,SAS and organizational commitment scale.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The score of self-assessment scale of anxiety of nurses was 48.63±10.28,and the total score of organizational commitment was 60.23±12.25.There was a negative correlation between anxiety and continuous commitment in organizational commitment(r=-0.412,P<0.05).Conclusion:Because of higher levels of anxiety and lower levels of organizational commitment,the nursing managers should take measures to improve the level of organizational commitment,which is conducive to the response to public health emergencies.
