高校学分学费“统一定价”分成制的可行性探索——基于博弈论的学分制改革收费策略研究

摘　　要：学分制改革是我国高等教育教学改革的发展趋势,作为学分制改革财力保障的定价收费问题,一直是师生和社会关注的焦点,关系到学分制改革推进的成败.本文从高校既定政策环境的角度,通过构建“教师-学生”的博弈模型,从理论上否定了学分学费“变相涨价”“自由定价”的质疑,分析了“统一定价”的必然性,以及在此大框架下学费收入“分成制”的必要性,为高校深化改革、系统推进学分制改革提供了理论支撑.The reform of credit system is a hot issue in the reform of higher education in China.As a financial guarantee of credit system reform,the issue of pricing and charging has become the focus of attention of teachers,students and society,which is critical to the credit system reform.In this paper,a“teacher-student”game model was constructed from the perspective of a single university policy environment.The query of“free pricing”of credit tuition is denied,the inevitability of“unified pricing”is analyzed,and the necessity of“sharing system”of tuition revenue under this framework is analyzed.The study provides theoretical and logical support to enhance the reform of universities and promote the systematicalreform of the credit system.
