摘　　要：通过研究巴登-符腾堡州双元制大学的办学模式,了解到该校是德国第一所采用学术教育和企业实践培训相互结合办学理念的高等教育机构。巴登-符腾堡州双元制大学参照了美国“州立大学”的组织模式,主要特征是通过与所在区域的企业联合培养人才而特别突出经认证的公立大学与区域经济界之间的教育合作。The article focuses on the model of Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University(DHBW),which is the first higher educational institution in Germany to integrate academic studies with workplace training.As a prototype in Germany,DHBW is based organizationally on the example of the state university system in the United States.Its main characteristic is its strong emphasis on the academic cooperation between a state-accredited institution of higher education and the regional economy in common study programs.
