摘  要:两相混合式步进电机因其齿槽结构、反电动势和绕组电感的影响,转速在达到稳态时仍有细小波动。针对电机控制精度问题,课题组提出了一种速度自适应PI控制器,并在速度自适应PI基础上结合速度阻尼控制来改善电机的稳态波动;同时采用两相空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)控制策略,从电流环降低相电流纹波和谐波含量。仿真结果表明在电机速度达到稳态时,速度基本稳定无振荡。课题组提出的方法解决了步进电机超调大、响应慢和平滑速度等控制难题。The two-phase hybrid stepper motor still has small fluctuations in the steady speed due to its cogging structure,back electromotive force,and winding inductance.Aiming at the problem of motor control accuracy,a speed-adaptive PI controller was proposed,and speed damping control was combined with speed-adaptive PI to improve the steady-state fluctuation of the motor.At the same time,the two-phase space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)control strategy was adopted to reduce the phase current ripple and harmonic content from the current loop.The simulation results show that when the motor speed reaches the steady state,the speed is basically stable without oscillation.The proposed method solves the control problems such as overshoot,slow response,and smooth speed of the stepper motor.
