高校基层党组织组织力提升的影响因素研究——基于20个案例的模糊集定性比较分析

摘　　要：现阶段,我国高校基层党组织建设面临诸多矛盾与挑战,需要探索影响高校基层党组织组织力提升的因素和提升路径。为探究高校基层党组织组织力提升的核心影响因素及其背后的复杂逻辑,本研究基于双向嵌入理论框架提炼4个条件变量,通过模糊集定性比较分析方法,对20个高校基层党组织建设案例样本进行分析。研究发现,结构、认知、文化与政治因素的单一嵌入都不足以有效提升高校基层党组织的组织力;现阶段存在“组织政治型”、“认知政治型”、“领导认知型”与“文化政治型”4种提升高校基层党组织组织力的路径模式,其中“认知政治型”与“文化政治型”路径在提升高校基层党组织组织力中发挥较为重要的作用。基于以上研究结论,本研究提出高校基层党组织要高度重视政治资源的嵌入,要根据学科实力与整体影响力有侧重地开展党建工作,要选派高度重视党建工作且工作能力突出的党委书记等政策建议。The construction of grass-roots Party organizations in China′s universities is facing contradictions and challenges,and it is necessary to explore influencing factors and paths of organizational strength improvement of these organizations.To explore core factors affecting organizational strength improvement of these organizations and the complex logic behind them,four conditional variables are extracted based on the framework of the bidirectional embedding theory,and case samples of 20 grass-roots Party organizations in universities are analyzed by the method of Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA).It is found that the single embedding of structural,cognitive,cultural and political factors is not enough to effectively enhance the organizational strength of grass-roots Party organizations in universities.Four path models to improve the organizational strength are the"organization-political type","cognitive-political type","leadership-cognitive type"and"cultural-political type",among which the"cognitive-political type"and"cultural-political type"play more significant roles.Therefore,grass-roots Party organizations in universities should attach importance to political resource embedding,focus on the work of Party building according to the discipline strength and overall influence,and select and appoint Party secretaries who attach importance to the work of Party building and have the outstanding working ability.
