摘 要:目的探讨多种教学模式联合在牙体牙髓病学临床教学中的效果。方法将2018年7月—2019年6月入科实习的64名本科生随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组采取以CBL为核心,PBL、RBL为辅助的联合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学法,经过为期7周牙体牙髓病学的临床实习,出科前对所有同学进行理论考核、技能考核(包括病例分析、病志书写及技能操作3部分)及问卷调查,对各部分成绩采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果两组学生的理论考核和病志书写测评成绩无显著差异(P>0.05);在病例分析、技能操作及问卷调查3方面,实验组的成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在牙体牙髓病学的临床带教中采用以CBL为核心,PBL、RBL为辅助的联合教学模式,有助于提高学生临床分析能力、临床操作能力及实习满意度等。Objective To evaluate the effect of multiple teaching mode in clinical teaching of endodontics.Methods 64 students who entered the department for internship from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group.The experimental group adopted the joint teaching mode with CBL as the core and PBL and RBL as the auxiliary and the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The theory examination,skills assessments(include case analysis,case record writing and clinical skills examination)and teaching questionnaire were carried out after 7 weeks of clinical practice.Then all the scores were analysed by SPSS 17.0.Results There was no significantly difference between the two groups in theory examinations and case record writings(P>0.05).The results of experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group in the three aspects of case analysis,clinical skills examination and questionnaire(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to improve the clinic analysis ability,clinical operation ability and internship satisfaction by using the joint teaching mode with CBL as the core and PBL and RBL as the auxiliary in clinical teaching of endodontics.
