摘　　要：目的探讨肺三维重建联合解析动画在胸外科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年6月50名胸外科住院医师规范化培训学员随机分为传统教学组和实验教学组,每组25人。教学效果测评包括理论基础测评和临床教学满意度调查。采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果实验组的理论课后即时考试、4周后考试、实践课考试的成绩显著高于传统组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组教学满意度调查结果中,教学内容、教学过程、教学态度、教学效果、教学满意度的平均评分均显著优于传统组(P<0.01);两组中的老师教学态度评分无显著差异(P=0.09)。结论解析动画联合肺三维重建教学方法可显著提高胸外科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of using three-dimensional reconstruction of the lung and analytical animation methods in resident standardized training of thoracic surgery.Methods From December 2017 to June 2019,a total of 50 resident trainees of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and experimental teaching group,with 25 trainees in each group.Theoretical basis assessment and clinical teaching satisfaction survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect.T test was used for statistical analysis.Results The scores of real time test and 4 weeks test post theory class,and practical class test were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the traditional group(P<0.01).In the teaching satisfaction survey results of the experimental group,the average scores of teaching content,teaching process,teaching attitude,teaching effect,and teaching satisfaction were significantly better than those of the traditional group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in scores of teachers’teaching attitude between the two groups(P=0.09).Conclusion Analytical animation combined with lung 3D reconstruction teaching method can significantly improve the effect of standardized training for thoracic surgery residents.
