摘 要:目的探讨临床路径管理模式在肿瘤科护理带教中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月—2019年1月医院肿瘤科80名护理见习生作为本次研究对象,将护理见习生随机分为常规护理带教组与临床路径管理模式带教组,两组各有40名护理见习生,常规护理带教组护理见习生应用传统护理带教方法,临床路径管理模式带教组护理见习生应用临床路径管理模式,对比两组护理见习生的肿瘤科护理理论知识、护理病历书写成绩、护理操作技能评分、护理综合成绩。结果临床路径管理模式带教组40名护理见习生的肿瘤科护理理论知识、护理病历书写成绩、护理操作技能评分、护理综合成绩均显著比常规护理带教组高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理模式用于肿瘤科护理带教可获得较高的价值,可促使护生的学习成绩得到显著提高,并锻炼其临床护理技能,值得应用。Objective To explore the application value of clinical path management model in oncology department nursing teaching.Methods Eighty nursing trainees in the department of oncology in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.The nursing trainees were randomly divided into two groups:routine nursing teaching group and clinical path management mode teaching group.There were 40 nursing trainees in each group.The nursing trainees in the conventional nursing teaching group applied the traditional nursing teaching method,and clinical path management mode teaching group applied the clinical path management model.The nursing theoretical knowledge,nursing record writing scores,nursing operation skill scores and comprehensive nursing scores of nursing trainees in oncology department were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing theoretical knowledge,nursing record writing score,nursing operation skill score and comprehensive nursing score of 40 nursing trainees in the clinical path management group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing teaching group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path management model in nursing teaching in oncology department can obtain high value,significantly improve the academic performance of nursing students,and exercise their clinical nursing skills,which is worth appling.
