三种不同康复锻炼方案在脑梗死患者术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探究与分析三种不同康复锻炼方案在脑梗死患者术后的应用。方法选取我院自2017年5月—2019年5月收治的120例脑梗死患者,采取随机数字表法分为A组、B组及C组,每组各40例,A组给予常规康复锻炼,B组给予常规康复锻炼+Bobath康复锻炼,C组给予常规康复锻炼+Bobath康复锻炼+运动想象康复锻炼,对比三组患者肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer量表(Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,FMA)评分、Barthel指数(modified barthel Index,BI)、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NHI stroke score,NIHSS)。结果三组康复锻炼后与康复锻炼前相比FMA评分均升高,BI指数升高,NIHSS评分降低,C组与A组、B组分别相比FMA评分升高更加显著,BI指数升高更加显著,NIHSS评分降低更加显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规康复锻炼+Bobath康复锻炼+运动想象康复锻炼应用于脑梗死患者术后可明显提高肢体运动功能,促进改善日常生活能力及神经功能。Objective To explore and analyze the application of three different rehabilitation exercises in postoperative patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was given conventional rehabilitation exercise,group B was given conventional rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise,group C was given conventional rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise+motor imaging rehabilitation exercise,the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)of the three groups score,modified barthel index(BI),NHI stroke score(NIHSS)were compared.Results The FMA score,BI index increased,and NIHSS score decreased in all three groups after rehabilitation exercise compared with before rehabilitation exercise.Compared with group A and B,FMA score increased more significantly,BI index increased more significantly,and NIHSS score decreased more significantly in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise+motor imaging rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve limb motor function and promote daily living ability and neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.
