摘　　要：目的关于胃炎胃溃疡疾病临床治疗不合理用药情况进行探讨。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月接诊的胃炎胃溃疡患者80例作为观察对象,对80例胃炎胃溃疡患者的临床资料开展回顾性分析,利用查阅文献资料的方式,在药理机制方面对胃炎胃溃疡疾病临床治疗不合理用药情况进行分析。结果80例胃炎胃溃疡患者中产生不合理用药30例,其中最常见的为不合理配伍;80例胃炎胃溃疡患者中合理用药组疾病治愈率与不合理用药组对比差异明显;两组疾病治疗周期对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论临床中胃炎胃溃疡患者不合理用药现象相对比较高,对于疾病临床效果造成影响,临床医生需要了解胃炎胃溃疡药物药理机制,保证药物合理配合使用。Objective To explore the irrational use of drugs in the clinical treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer were selected as the objects of observation.The clinical data of 80 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer were analyzed retrospectively.The unreasonable drug use in the clinical treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer was analyzed in terms of pharmacological mechanism by means of literature review.Results There were 30 cases of irrational medication in 80 cases of gastritis and gastric ulcer,the most common of which was irrational compatibility;there was significant difference between the cure rate of rational medication group and irrational medication group in 80 cases of gastritis and gastric ulcer;there was significant difference between the two groups in disease treatment cycle(P<0.05).Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational drug use in patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer is relatively high,which affects the clinical effect of the disease.Clinicians need to understand the pharmacological mechanism of gastritis and gastric ulcer drugs,so as to ensure the rational use of drugs.
