粤港澳大湾区非学历继续教育合作办学的基础、困境与突破

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区非学历继续教育合作具有地缘文化优势和经济产业优势,伴随着粤港澳大湾区经济及教育事业的蓬勃发展,非学历教育日益被社会接受和广泛认可,为区域内社会经济发展培育出众多实用型人才。当前粤港澳大湾区内开展非学历继续教育合作办学的困境主要表现为教育行政壁垒与制度困境;缺乏统筹,无序竞争;市场开发不足以及人才培养模式和专业结构布局满足不了产业升级需求。未来加快粤港澳大湾区非学历继续教育合作办学发展应该加大政策支持,创新制度机制,深入需求分析,促进教育资源在粤港澳大湾区高效流动。The cooperation of non-academic continuing education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has geographical and cultural advantages as well as economic and industrial advantages.With the development of economy and education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,non-academic education is widely accepted by the society,and has cultivated a lot of practical talents.But there are still many difficulties in non-academic continuing education cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as administrative barriers,institutional dilemmas,lack of overall planning and disorderly competition,etc.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
