摘　　要：为提高我国高校学生事务管理水平,立足于我国基本国情,借鉴美国高校学生管理的有益经验,提出进一步加强学生事务理论研究、精简组织机构、构建以需求为导向、以人为本的学生管理服务体系。美国高校学生事务管理顺应时代需要,呈现出螺旋式发展态势,具有法制化、专业化、民主化等特征,值得我国高校学习和借鉴。In order improve student affairs management in colleges and universities in China,according to the fundamental realities in China,the research uses the useful experiences of student affairs management in American universities,and proposes the student management service system,i.e.theoretical research on student affairs should be further strengthened,the organization be simplified,and demand-oriented student management service system be built.Student affairs management in American universities obeys the demand of the era,and demonstrates development trend in spirals.It has the characteristics of legislation,professionalization and democratization.So it is worth studying and reference in colleges and universities in China.
