摘  要:为进一步发挥护理实习教学的作用,帮助护理实习生掌握基本操作技能和专业知识,采用多媒体结合视频反馈教学法对护理实习生的基本技能进行提升。选取2019年1月—12月来本院的78名护理实习生进行分组教学,对照组护生采用常规教学措施,观察组采用多媒体结合视频反馈教学法。从教学质量上看,观察组学生的理论成绩和操作成绩明显优于对照组学生;在教学满意度调查上,观察组护生的满意度也明显优于对照组学生。组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用多媒体结合视频反馈教学法有助于提升护理专业学生在护理知识技能上的掌握程度,并能够促进其在课后开展自主学习,具有反复性、随时性的优势,可提升教学成果。In order to further play the role of nursing practice teaching,and help nursing interns to grasp basic operating skills and specialized knowledge,the research adopt feedback teaching method of multimedia combined with video to improve basic skill of nursing interns.78 nursing interns in the hospital from Jan.to Dec.2019 are selected to make group instruction.Control group adopt routine teaching measures,and observation group adopt feedback teaching method of multimedia combined with video.From the perspective of teaching quality,theoretical and operational results of the observation group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Application of feedback teaching method of multimedia combined with video can help to improve the grasping degree of nursing knowledge skills of students of Nursing Specialty,and to promote them to independently study after class.It has advantages of repeatability and affordability.So it can improve teaching effect.
