摘  要:为了更好地评价芹菜种质资源,提高芹菜的育种效率和栽培水平,以2018年秋季移栽于南京市溧水区的18个芹菜品种为试验材料,对其12个主要农艺性状进行差异性分析、主成分分析、相关性分析和聚类分析。结果表明:18个芹菜品种的12个农艺性状的变异系数在11%—35%,其中单株质量、单株叶片数、单株叶柄数、单株地上部鲜质量、单株地下部鲜质量和根冠比的变异系数大于20%,说明芹菜品种间性状差异较大。主成分分析显示:前3个主成分的累计贡献率为84.453%,其中第一主成分的特征值为5.772,贡献率为48.102%;第二主成分的特征值为2.690,贡献率为22.417%;第三主成分的特征值为1.672,贡献率为13.934%。相关性分析显示:株高与根冠比、小叶长与单株叶柄数、叶柄厚与单株叶柄数、叶柄宽与单株地下部鲜质量、叶柄宽与根冠比、叶柄厚与单株地下部鲜质量、叶柄厚与根冠比、单株地上部鲜质量与根冠比呈负相关,其余各性状间均呈正相关,且每个性状至少与1个其他性状呈显著或极显著相关。通过聚类分析可将18个芹菜品种在遗传距离为5处分为3个类群,第Ⅱ类群芹菜植株矮小,叶片和叶柄数较少;第Ⅰ和第Ⅲ类群性状优良,可作为芹菜品种选育的重要资源。In order to better evaluate the germplasm resources and improve the breeding efficiency and cultivation level,18 celery varieties transplanted in Lishui District of Nanjing in the autumn of 2018 were used as experimental materials to analyze the differences,principal components,correlation and clustering of 12 main agronomic traits.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 12 agronomic traits of 18 celery varieties ranged from 11%to 35%,among which the variation coefficients of plant weight,leaf number,petiole number,fresh weight above ground,fresh weight under ground per plant,and root shoot ratio were more than 20%,indicating that there were great differences among celery varieties.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 3 principal components was 84.453%,of which the eigenvalue of the first principal component was 5.772,the contribution rate was 48.102%;the eigenvalue of the second principal component was 2.690,the contribution rate was 22.417%;the eigenvalue of the third principal component was 1.672,the contribution rate was 13.934%.Correlation analysis showed that plant height and root shoot ratio,petiole length and petiole number per plant,petiole thickness and petiole number per plant,petiole width and underground fresh weight per plant,petiole width and root shoot ratio,petiole thickness and underground fresh weight per plant,petiole thickness and root shoot ratio,aboveground fresh weight per plant and root shoot ratio were negatively correlated,and other traits were positively correlated,and each trait was significantly or extremely significantly correlated with at least one other trait.By cluster analysis,18 celery varieties could be divided into 3 groups with genetic distance of 5.Celery plants of the second group were short with fewer leaves and petioles;celery plants of the first and third groups had excellent traits,which could be used as important resources for celery breeding.
