摘  要:目的探讨高血压脑室出血引起认知功能障碍的危险因素。方法收集我院2016年12月到2019年12月高血压脑室出血病例,通过logistic回归分析影响高血压脑室出血后认知功能障碍发生的危险因素。结果2016年12月到2019年12月脑室出血病例共97例,其中发生认知功能障碍者21例,通过logistic回归分析结果发现,年龄(P=0.002)、昏迷时间(P=0.032)、脑室出血量(P=0.026)、中脑导水管扩张(P=0.005)和出血部位(P=0.012)是高血压脑室出血后引起认知功能障碍的独立危险因素(P<0.05),性别及意识障碍程度与脑室出血后认知功能障碍的发生无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论年龄、脑室出血量、中脑导水管扩张程度、昏迷持续时间、脑出血部位可能与高血压脑室出血后认知功能障碍发生有关。Objective To explore the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction caused by hypertension intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction hypertension intraventricular hemorrhage in patients admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019.Results There were a total of 97 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage from December 2016 to December 2019,21 cases were diagnosed as having cognitive dysfunction.The age(P=0.002),coma duration(P=0.032),volume of ventricular hemorrhage(P=0.026),dilatation of ventricular aqueduct(P=0.005)and the position of bleeding(P=0.012)were independent risk factors with cognitive dysfunction caused by intraventricular hemorrhage.there were no statistical differences between gender,degree of consciousness impairment and occurrence of cognitive dysfunction after intraventricular hemorrhage(P>0.05).Conclusions Age,volume of intraventricular hemorrhage,dilatation of midbrain aqueduct,coma duration,location of cerebral hemorrhage are risk factors of cognitive dysfunction after intraventricular hemorrhage.
