高职扩招背景下石油化工人才素质提升实施路径

摘　　要：面向石油化工行业在岗职工、转岗职工、专兼职消防队员、劳务用工等从事石油化工行业相关人员,实施工学结合人才培养模式,创新"三个结合两个教学点"教学模式。根据石油化工行业企业生产规律,实施"旺工淡学"的生产正常运行、开停工情况下分阶段错峰教学。构建立德树人、德技双馨的"三双"师资队伍,促进校企协同育人,推动校企合作长效机制的发展,建设共享型专业教学资源,满足多元化学习要求,为有学习意愿的社会群体提供全天候学习环境,提升石油化工员工综合素质,培养"工匠型"技术技能人才。For on-duty workers in the petrochemical industry,transferred workers,full-time and part-time firefighters,laborers and other related personnel engaged in the petrochemical industry,the implementation of“Wanggongdanxue”production is in normal operation,start-up and stoppage,and phase-shift teaching.It aims to build a“three-double”faculty team that fosters morality and morality and technology,promote school-enterprise collaborative education,build shared professional teaching resources,and meet diversified learning requirements,so as to provide an all-weather learning environment for social groups with willings to learn,improve the overall quality of petrochemical employees and cultivate“craftsman-type”technical talents.
