民办高职院校建设学习型班级的对策探析

摘　　要：民办高职院校建设学习型班级有助于推进职业教育改革的深化,有利于推动高职院校班级建设科学化,且能够满足学生发展的需要。但当前,我国民办高职院校学习型班级的建设正面临着学生综合素养水平较低、班级管理者心智模式不良、院校管理层缺乏系统思考等诸多困难与挑战。为了有效应对这些挑战,民办高职院校必须促进师生自我超越,重视团队合作,促进系统思考。The construction of learning classes in private vocational colleges is conducive to deepening the reform of vocational education,promoting the scientific construction of classes in vocational colleges,and meeting the needs of students’development.However,at present,the construction of learning classes in private vocational colleges in China is facing many difficulties and challenges,such as low comprehensive quality level of students,undesirable mental model of class managers and lack of system thinking of college managers.
