对外汉语课堂冲突及汉语教师课堂管理能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：对外汉语教学是面向外国留学生的汉语教学,源自不同国家、宗教信仰、价值观念和文化背景的师生关系构成了对外汉语课堂教学的多元文化情境。汉语教学过程不是教师课前预设的重演,随时会有突发情况,教师课堂管理策略的选择和运用尤为关键。本文采用案例研究的方法,对汉语课堂中发生的文化冲突进行总结归纳,分析引发这些冲突的深层原因,挖掘课堂冲突的潜在价值,在此基础上提出对外汉语教师课堂管理能力提升的途径和方法。Teaching Chinese as a second language is a Chinese teaching for foreign students.The teacher-student relationship from different countries,religious beliefs,values and cultural backgrounds constitutes a multicultural situation of teaching Chinese as a second language.The process of Chinese teaching is not a repetition of teachers’presupposition before class,and there will be emergencies at any time,so the selection and application of teachers’classroom management strategies is particularly critical.By the method of case study,this paper summarizes the cultural conflicts in Chinese classroom,analyzes the underlying causes of these conflicts,excavates the potential value of classroom conflicts,and on this basis,it puts forward the ways and methods to improve the classroom management ability of TCSL teachers.
