不同治疗方案对牙种植周围感染的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同治疗方案在牙种植周围感染中的临床疗效。方法:2018年7月-2019年9月收治牙种植周围感染患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用纯钛刮治器+派力奥药物治疗;观察组采用PEEK超声刀头清洁+龈下喷砂+派丽奥药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:40例患者中,共培养、分离出病原菌49株。观察组治疗4周后菌斑指数(PLI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PEEK超声刀头清洁+龈下喷砂+派丽奥药物治疗牙种植周围感染患者,能促进骨与种植体结合,降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different treatment schemes in the infection around dental implant.Methods:From July 2018 to September 2019,40 cases of patients with infection around dental implant were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pure titanium curette+palio drug,while the observation group was treated with PEEK ultrasonic blade cleaning+subgingival sandblasting+palio drug.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:Of 40 patients,49 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and cultured.After 4 weeks of treatment,the PLI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PEEK ultrasonic blade cleaning+subgingival sandblasting+palio drug for infections around dental implants can promote the combination of bone and implant and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
