摘　　要：目的:研究在乳腺癌根治术后开展乳腺重建的临床应用与效果。方法:2016年4月-2020年3月收治乳腺癌患者78例,按不同手术方法分为两组。对照组实施常规乳腺癌根治术;研究组在乳腺癌根治术后实施乳腺重建术。比较两组生活质量评分、并发症发生率及美容效果。结果:研究组患者生活质量评分、美容效果及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌根治术后开展乳腺重建术,能够取得较为理想的重建效果。Objective:To study the clinical application and effect of breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy.Methods:From April 2016 to March 2020,78 cases of breast cancer patients were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group performed conventional radical mastectomy.The study group performed breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy.The quality of life score,incidence of complication and beauty effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of life,the effect of beauty and the incidence of complications in the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy can achieve ideal reconstruction effect.
